This medicine contains Phenylpropanolamine HCL and Guaifenesin. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that promotes the discharge of phlegm or other fluid from the respiratory tract by thinning the mucus secretions making it easy to cough up and expel. Phenylpropanolamine HCI a nasal decongestant, clears obstructed and congested air passages making breathing easier. It decongests stuffy nose and clogged nasal sinuses.
