• BD Veo insulin syringes come in four different barrel sizes and scale capacities to optimize dose which can reduce the risk to hypoglycemia compare to longer lengths of needles when used in IM or subcutaneous injections.
Instruction:
• Choose a syringe size based on the dose (units) of insulin require.
Recommended use:
• 1.0mL = syringe can accommodate up to 100 units of insulin insulin
• 0.5mL = syringe can accommodate up to 50 units of insulin
• 0.3mL = syringe can accommodate up to 30 units of insulin
