There are no good tasting fiber drinks in the Philippine market. Naturity will be the first. The daily intake of Psyllium Husk is recommended at 5 to 7 grams a day. Each 200ml serving of naturity will provide 2 grams of fober. Compliments once healthy or unhealthy diet. Psyllium Husk forms a gel that traps waste, bile acid & sugars. The gel passes through the gut taking the waste smoothly ,taking some cholesterol in the process. An ideal source of daily fiber for a healthier gut and heart. Helps regularize bowel movements. Once ingested into the stomach the gel gives one the sense of fullness hence helping reduce our intake of other foods. A good partner in once meal reduction plans. Only 70 calories per serving compared to the leading brand Metamucil which is 90 calories. Naturity uses Slenda(suclarose) as sweetener compared to Metamucil that uses aspartame.
Product Usage:
Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Naturity powder to 200ml of water. Add ice as an option.
