Instructions:
How to prepare BONAKID:
1. Wash your hands before preparing formula. Hugasan ang mga kamay bago magtimpla ng gatas.
2. Wash cup thoroughly until no milk remains. Hugasan nang mabuti ang tasa hanggang wala nang natitirang gatas.
3. Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use. Pakuluan ng limang minuto. Takpan habang hindi pa ginagamit.
4. Boil drinking water for five minutes; allow to cool until lukewarm. Pakuluin ang inuming tubig ng limang minuto; palamigin hanggang maging maligamgam. 5. Consult feeding table ; pour exact amount of lukewarm water into the cup. Tingnan ang feeding table ; maglagay ng tamang dami ng maligamgam na tubig sa tasa. 6. Use only provided scoop from this pack. Powder must be leveled. Gamitin ang scoop na kasama sa paketeng ito at patagin ang bawat scoop.
7. Consult feeding table ; add exact number of level scoops into cup. Tingnan ang feeding table ; maglagay ng tamang dami ng scoops.
8. Stir until powder is fully dissolved. Haluin hanggang matunaw ang powder.
9. After each use the pouch should be closed tightly and stored in a cool ; dry place. Use within 2 weeks of opening. Isarang mabuti ang pakete at itago sa lugar na tuyo at may katamtamang lamig. Gamitin sa loob ng 2 na linggo. 
One scoop = 8.16 grams (approx.) Mix 1 scoop of BONAKID to 42mL of water.Using more or less powder than indicated could either lead to dehydration or deprive your child of proper nutrition. Do not change proportions without medical advice.
• Expiration date and lot identification code are printed on the bottom of pack.
• Avoid prolonged storage at excessive temperatures.
• Fill is by weight ; not volume. Some settling of the powder may occur.
