Epsom Salt, known for its premium quality and many uses. It dissolves easily in warm water to help soothe:
• Muscle Pain
• Aching Feet

• exfoliate skin
HOW TO USE
BATH AND SPA
• Add 2 cups of Epsom salt to warm running water in the bath tub. Settle and soak for 20 minutes
FOOT SOAK
• Mix 1 cup of Epsom salt with warm water in a foot bath and soak feet for 10 mins.
GARDEN
• Add 1 tbsp to 1 gallon of water. Apply as a spray to you vegetables and flowers
SHOWER
• exfoliate and soften skin by mixing a handful of Epsom salt with a tbsp of shower gel or olive oil and massage onto wet skin.
• Rinse thoroughly.
