Cooking Instructions: Option 1) For pure dry skinny rice, simmer in a heavy bottom sauce pan or a rice cooker of lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Option 2) If with a mix of plain rice, Dry Skinny rice will expand 4-5 times when it’s cooked whereas regular rice will expand 2.5 times. If you want to do a mix of both, you can change the ratio accordingly. Cook as directed above.
