How easy? It's so easy!
1.heat non-stick pan with asmall amount of oil.
2. place thawed patty in the hot pan for about 3 minutes (4 mins if frozen). flip and cook other side until done. set aside.
3. in the same pan, pour sauce and heat until warm. serve with patties and enjoy.

Spritz oil, 200c for 8 mins
