Lomo de Bellota are marinated with paprika, salt and garlic, and then cured for six months in our drying cellars. La Prudencia is known for offering high quality products, especially those from Iberian pigs fed with acorns during the montanera season. Acorn loin is a lean and tasty cut, with an intense nutty flavor due to the special diet of the pigs during the montanera. It is usually perfect to enjoy in thin slices, a gastronomic experience worth trying!
