Mizkan Kokumotsu / Su Vinegar
Grain vinegar made by brewing grains such as wheat, rice, corn, etc. and sake grounds as the main raw materials. It is characterized by a refreshing acidity without habit. because the taste, texture, and aroma are well balanced, it goes well with any dish such as Japanese food, western cuisine, chinese cuisine, etc., and the sourness makes use of the taste of the ingredients. It can also be used for standard dishes of vinegar such as sushi, vinegared foods, dressings, and nambanzuke, meats such as vinegared pork, boiled chicken, vinegared sardines, stewed fish and stir-fried dishes.
