Frozen-DIY Tokyo Mazesoba
Buckwheat Soba, Menya Kokoro Special Mazesoba Sauce, Signature Minced Meat, Minced Garlic, Onion Leeks, Nori, Kombu Vinegar, Layu Oil
Hot to Cook:
1. Boil Buckwheat Soba on a medium pot then drain after 8 minutes.
2. On a separate pot, boil water and submerge the Menya Kokoro Special Mazesoba Sauce and Signature Minced Meat for 3 minutes.
3. Put the cooked Buckwheat Soba into a bowl then pour the heated Menya Kokoro Special Mazesoba Sauce and Signature Minced Meat.
4. Top it with Minced Garlic, Onion Leeks and Nori.
5. Enjoy!
