Inspired by the fusion between Pocherong Bisaya and Pocherong Tagalog cooked the Max's way. Beef chunks slowly simmered until tender in beefy stock with tomato sauce added with potatoes, saba banana, corn cobs and green vegetables. Good for 3-4 persons.
