About Melii - The Story of Our Women Owned Company
We, (Melissa and Melissa), the founders of Melii, met in our early 20s in grad school. We knew we wanted to start a company but at the time didn’t know what it would be. Fast forward 10+ years of working as executives in finance and accounting, with 6 children between us, we decided to start a baby, toddler and kids accessories company - Melii.

As young moms, determined to offer only the best products to our kids, we did a ton of research and quickly realized that there was a void in the market – there weren’t enough companies offering safe, cute products for kids that were actually affordable to parents. First-hand experience with our own little ones taught us that using fun feeding accessories helps encourage young eaters to come to the table, sit longer and provide positive associations with mealtime. We wanted better for our families and yours, and with that, our journey began.

At Melii, we are committed to providing you with access to quality, practical yet whimsical products that kids and parents alike will love. As a parent, it’s nice to have accessories that match the décor of your kitchen, but let’s be honest, our kids want to eat with something fun and colorful! So, we dedicated our company to making feeding fun!

Our glass food storage containers are made from borosilicate glass which is more resistant to thermal shock than the more common soda lime glass. They are dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven safe, up to 400℃. For an added layer of protection, we added a colourful silicone sleeve to reduce the likelihood of shattering when dropped.

The airtight and leakproof lids have a silicone seal to lock in freshness, avoid freezer burn and prevent the glass containers from spilling and making a mess in your diaper bag or lunch box.

The 5.4oz / 160ml jars are the perfect size for babies starting to eat purees, kids who require an endless assortment of snacks and are also great for salad dressing and snacks for adults. They’re great for meal prep, travel snacks and lunches!
