Les Parcelles is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir, combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse.
Harvested primerly in 2018 with 20% of reserve wines, this cuvée is composed of 70% pinot noir and 30 % chardonnay and has spent 3 years on lees before disgorgement.
On the nose, it exhibits delicate citrus and ripe fruit scents along with a mineral tint, brioche notes, and hints of ginger and anise.
On the palate, it is silky and well-balanced, with very little, seamless bubbles and no angular edges. It is delicate and mineral with a long, graceful finish that evokes the freshness of citrus and lemons as well as roasted flavors from aging.
