Dulce Infierno Mezcal Cenizo Joven (750 ml) is an award-winning, 100% wild agave mezcal crafted by the Guzman Garay family in Nombre de Dios, Durango, Mexico. Made from wild Cenizo (Agave durangensis) that matures for 9 to 10 years in the mountains, this artisanal spirit won the prestigious "Great Gold" medal at the National Contest of Mezcal Brands.

Production: Pit-roasted for 6 days with volcanic stone and firewood, stone-mallet crushed, oak-vat fermented, and double-distilled in copper and wood stills.
