As good, if not better than our Chicken Pad Thai, but made with wide rice noodles and mixed with bok choy and slices of beef. We actually based this recipe off of the popular Thai dish Pad See Ew, which is a distant cousin of Char Kwae Teow and Beef
Hor Fun! Beef Pad Thai is just a lot easier to say.
