Description: The 2017 merlot shows a vibrancy and juiciness. It is cool fermented, under 22c and so has retained its fruit forward flavours. Ripeness in the vineyard has also ensured a soft supple palate. Medium bodied, classic and supple style with a deep red color. Aroma of plum, spice and earth notes with palate of plum, spice and black fruits and cedar.
