English free range pigs are born, weaned and reared outdoors in fields. Free to roam and forage as they would in a natural wild environment. A pork steak, also called Boston butt or pork blade steak, is a steak cut from the shoulder of the pig. This is use in a dish traditionally made out of pork shoulders marinated in a citrus-based juice such as lemon or lime and is braised with onions.
