Orange Sweet Potato has a coppery-orange skin with slender shape and an orange flesh inside. These fits perfectly for roasting and snacking by making them fries or chips! They have a naturally sweet taste with nutty undertones great for additional spice!
Try making Sweet Potatoes in Orange Cup! Place in sheet tray or foil and bake for 1 hour. Let it cool down for several minutes before cutting in half and cooping its fluffy insides. Transfer in a bowl and mash it with 2 tbsp. Salted Butter, 1.2 cup Evaporated Milk, and 1/2 tsp salt until creamy and fluffy. Cut 3 Navel Orange seedless in half and thinly slice bottom part. Put in a bowl and fill each orange cup with 1/4 cup of orange sweet potato puree and top with several mini marshmallow. Refrigerate overnight and bake again for 20-25 minutes.
