Instructions:
1. Brush skin with oil.
2. Pre-heat oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
3. Put the meat in a roasting pan and add half an inch of tap water on the baking pan.
4. Roast the meat for 1.5 to 2 hours until the skin is golden brown and crisp.
5. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
6. Serve with gravy, bbq sauce, or vinegar
