Ingredients:
• (Fish bone) 300g Salmon
• 1 piece Ginger
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 10g Tempeh
• 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 Shallots

Instructions:
1. Prepare the required materials
2. Wash the salmon bones and drain the water
3. Add a proper amount of oil to the pan to heat
4. Put in the salmon bones
5. Fry until browned on both sides, then serve
6. Put salt, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Chop garlic and ginger, rinse the tempeh
7. Start the frying pan from a new one, add garlic, ginger, and tempeh and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor
8. Spread the fried ginger and garlic on the salmon bones
9. Pour the well-mixed soy sauce into the pot and boil
10. Then pour it on the salmon bones
11. When the rice cooker's cooking button just trips, put the salmon bones in the rice cooker and bake for 10 minutes
12. Sprinkle with chopped green onion at the end
