Spring Roll Wrapper Rice Paper for wrapping Fresh Summer Roll.
Directions:
Place the rice papers one by one on a clean, wet cloth. After about one minute, the rice papers will be soft and pliant enough to be stuffed and made into a roll. One or two spoonfuls of stuffing are to be placed, which then can be folded on all sides towards the middle. Rolls should be fried in hot oil. Till they are light brown. Rolls to be served hot, seasoned sambal and/or soya sauce.
