Ottogi Jin Ramen Mild Instant Noodles
• Ottogi Jin Ramen is a Korean style instant noodle that is easy to make and ready in a couple of minutes.
• It has a mild level of spice and it is great for lunch, dinner, or just a quick snack!
Ingredients:
• Noodles (89%): Wheat Flour, Modified Starch (1420), Palm oil, Potato Starch, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulators (501, 451), Thickener (412), Colour (101).
• Soup Mix: Salt, Sugar, Soy sauce Powder (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Flavour Enhancers (621, 631, 627), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Soy, Wheat, Corn), Red Pepper, Soybean Paste Powder (Soy, Wheat), Yeast Extract Powder, Garlic Powder, Vegetable Oil Powder (Palm Oil, Milk), Glucose, Black Pepper, Maltodextrin, Kelp Extract Powder (Kelp, Salt, Oyster), Chili Extract.
Dehydrated Vegetable Mix: Chinese Cabbage, Textured Vegetable Protein (Soy, Wheat), Carrot, Green Onion, Mushroom, Seaweed.

Cooking Instructions:
• 1. Put the vegetable mix in 550ml of water.
• 2. Once it boils, add soup mix with noodles and let it boil for 4 more minutes.
• 3. Add more vegetables, kimchi, eggs or any toppings of your choice (optional).
