Cultured Green Trading Calamansi (CT)
• Calamansi (Philippine lime) has good amounts of minerals and vitamins, especially vitamin C which is essential to building immunity. Aside from being used in various dishes, Calamansi can also be made into a refreshing juice.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup calamansi juice
• 4 cups water
• ¾ cup sugar
Instructions:
1. Extract juice from calamansi and discard seeds and skin.
2. In a pitcher, mix calamansi juice and 4 cups of water.
3. Store in fridge for a few hours to chill or serve with ice.
4. Add more water or sugar to your liking.
