Farm's Choice Pork Adobo Cut
• Pork Adobo is a widely popular Filipino dish. It uses extremely simple ingredients and is easy to make.
Ingredients:
• 1 kg pork adobo cut
• 2 tbsps garlic, minced or crushed
• 3 pcs dried bay leaves
• 4 tbsps vinegar
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 2 cups water
• Black pepper
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine the pork, soy sauce, and garlic then marinade for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat the pot and place the marinated pork then cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour remaining marinade including garlic.
4. Add water, black pepper, and dried bay leaves then bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Put-in the vinegar and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
