Farm's Choice Pork American Ribs

• Recipe: Oven Baked Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
• 3 pounds pork ribs (Slab, unthawed)
• 1/4 cup rub seasoning (pork)
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
• 1 bottle bbq sauce (your favorite)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 Degrees
2. Tear a long sheet of aluminum foil that is about 3 inches longer on both sides than the slab of the pork ribs. Spray the aluminum foil with non-stick spray unless you have non-stick aluminum foil.
3. Open the ribs and turn the rubs boney side up. There will be a thin white film on the boney side. Use your fingers to pull the membrane off the ribs and discard. Season the ribs liberally on both sides with your favorite pork rub seasoning. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of Worcestershire Sauce on both sides of the ribs. Sprinkle ½ tbsp. Liquid Smoke on both sides of the ribs.
4. Pull the sides of the aluminum foil to cover as much of the ribs as much as possible. You may have a small portion of the ribs showing on top. Use aluminum foil to cover the top. Place in the preheated oven for 3- 3½ hours. Afterward, the ribs should be fork tender and covered with preferred BBQ Sauce and place back in the oven for 20 minutes while reducing the oven to 225.
5. Remove from oven and serve as desired.
