Farm's Choice Pork Sinigang Cut

• Pork Sinigang is a sour soup native to the Philippines. It warms, soothes and satisfies everyone in the family!

Ingredients:
• 1L water for boiling
• 500g pork sinigang cut
• 1pc red onion, quartered
• 2pcs medium-sized tomato, quartered
• 8pcs string beans, sliced in 2-inch length
• 1 bundle water spinach or kangkong stalks and leaves
• 1pc eggplant, sliced
• 1pc radish, sliced
• 2pcs green chili peppers
• Some okra
• 1 pack sinigang mix
• Fish sauce to taste

Instructions:
1. In a medium pot, submerge the pork with a liter of water.
2. Bring to a boil without covering the pot to allow the scum (meat impurities) to float.
3. Remove the scums by using slotted spoon or spatula.
4. Add the onion and tomatoes then simmer for 30 minutes or until pork is tender.
5. Add the string beans, water spinach, eggplant, and okra, then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Add the water spinach, green chili pepper, and sinigang mix, then simmer for another minute.
7. Season with fish sauce to taste.
8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
