Keep frozen. Thaw under refrigeration. Cook before consumption.
Suggested cooking instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator. Drain well before cooking.
Grill: Pre-heat grill. Brush grill rack heavily with cooking oil. Sprinkle fish with desired seasoning.
Place fish pieces on rack. Grill 2-3 minutes on each side.
Bake: Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (176 °C) place fish in a greased oven safe dish.
Sprinkle fish with desired seasoning. Bake with 15-20 minutes.
Fry: Pre-heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle fish with desired seasoning. Fry hot pan 2 minutes on each side.
Broil: Pre-heat broiler. Arrange fish in greased oven safe dish, Sprinkle with desired seasoning.
Broil for 15-20 minutes or until colors turns light brown.
Steam: Sprinkle fish with desired seasoning.
Arrange fish in a shallow dish. Place dish uncovered inside steamer. Allow to cook for 20 minutes.
Note: Oven, grill, and pan temperature may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
