Cooking Instructions:
For Best Results: Deep Fry
1. Heat pan over high heat for one (1) minute.
2. Pour 1/2 cup of cooking oil and turn the stove onto medium heat.
3. Heat oil for 2 minutes.
4. Place crispy bangus on a frying pan.
5. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes under low heat or until the fish turns to a golden brown.
