Century Premium Boneless Unseasoned Milkfish Bangus Belly
Recipe: Bangus Belly Sinigang
Ingredients:
• 1 pack sarangani bay prime boneless bangus belly
• 1 pouch sinigang powder mix
• 5 to 6 cups rice washing (hugas bigas)
• 2 finger chilies (siling pangsigang)
• 2 tomatoes, quartered
• 2 medium onion, quartered
• 1 radish (labanos), sliced diagonally
• 4 pieces okra, cut into halves
• 1 bunch kangkong (water spinach) leaves
• eggplant, sliced (optional)
How to cook:
1. Boil sinigang powder mix in rice water.
Once boiling, add green chilies, tomatoes, onions, salt, and radish.
Cook for a few minutes. Add bangus; cook until done. Add kangkong and eggplant, if desired.
2. Serve with freshly cooked rice.
