Rico's Frozen Lechon Paksiw
Lechon Paksiw is a Filipino pork dish made from a leftover roast pig which is known as “Lechon”.
Reheating instruction for Paksiw:
• Defrost the frozen paksiw in the refrigerator overnight.
• Heat a pan over high heat, place the thawed product.
• Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes with stirring.
Microwave Reheating:
• Transfer the frozen paksiw in a microwave-safe container with a cover.
• Place inside the microwave and reheat for 3 minutes at high temperature.
• Stir the paksiw every 60 seconds to allow it to be heated evenly rather leaving areas to be over or underheated.
