• Soup Base: Salt, Potato starch, Dehydrated sauerkraut, Flavour enhancer (621), Sugar, Beef powder (Australia and New Zealand origin), Soy sauce powder, Colour (150d), Onion powder, Chuanxiong powder, Chili powder, Garlic powder, Jujube powder, Flavour enhancer (635), Dehydrated scallion, Star anise powder, Ginger powder, Angelica powder, Cinnamon powder, Licorice powder.
• Flavoured Oil: Tallow, Soy sauce, Bean sauce, Antioxidant (306).
• Retort Pouch: Water, Beef (Australia and New Zealand origin) (8%), BEef tendon (Australia and New Zealand origin) (6%), Soy sauce, Bean sauce, Black vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Flavour enhancer (621), Thickener (415), Star anise powder, Angelica powder, Sichuan pepper powder, Licorice powder.
Direction:
• Open the lid to the arrows and take out all of the condiment packages.
• Put the soup base and flavored oil into the bowl, then pour boiling water up to brim (about 500mL).
• Close the lid and wait for 3 minutes.
• Remove the lid and put the retort pouch into the bowl, then stir well and enjoy your delicious noodles.
