Gin Mare Mediterranean Gin is produced in the small Spanish town of Vilanova which is just outside Barcelona.
● Gin Mare has a truly Mediterranean feel due to the four main botanicals, Arbequina olives, thyme, rosemary and basil.
● They also add citrus, coriander, cardamom and juniper berries.
● The citrus in Gin Mare consists of sweet oranges from Seville, bitter oranges from Valencia and lemons from Lleida, soaked in advance for more than a year in special large clay jars.
