Recipe: Jamaican Meatball
Ingredients:
● Ground beef
● Ground pork
● Minced onions
● McCormick Garlic, minced
● Minced celery
● Minced carrots
● Minced button mushrooms
● Egg
● Flour
● McCormick Rosemary Leaves Whole, chopped
● McCormick Basil Leaves Whole, chopped
● McCormick Chili Powder
● McCormick Cumin Powder
● McCormick Cinnamon Powder
● McCormick Iodized Salt
● McCormick Ground Black Pepper
● Vegetable oil
● Butter
● White wine or chicken stock
● Tabasco Red Pepper Sauce
● Guava Jelly
Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl, blend ground meats, minced vegetables, egg, flour, herbs, and seasoning.
2. Form into balls. Pan-fry in butter and vegetable oil until cooked.
3. For the sauce, heat Clara Ole Guava Jam, white wine or stock, and Tabasco Red Pepper Sauce.
4. Glaze over the meatballs.
