Sarangani Bay Boneless Milkfish Belly

• Suggested Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Season to taste.
• Grill: Pre-heat the grill. Place the fish on greased rack. Grill for 3-5 minutes and flip carefully. Grill another 3-5 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily.
• Bake: Pre-heat oven to 350F (176C). Place uncoverd fish on greased oven safe dish. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes.
• Fry: Pre-heat cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown anad the thickest part of the fish flakes easily.
• Broil: Pre-heat broiler. Place fillet on oven safe dish and baste with vegetable oil. Place 3-4 inches away from broiler. Broil for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the thickest part of the fillet flakes easily.
