Cooking instructions:
1. Preheat rotosserie to 160°C
2. Unpack the chicken. Tie the legs together with kitchen stringand tuck the wing tips under the body of the chicken.
3. Place chicken inside the rotisserie and cook for 75 minutes.
4. Remove chicken from rotisserie. Serve.

1. Thaw chicken for 24 hours inside the chiller.
2. Preheat rotisserie to 160°C.
