Bounty Fresh Chicken Marinated Spicy Sweet
Recipe: Sweet and Spicy Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
● 1 Pound of Chicken
● 1 cup Less Sodium Soy Sauce
● 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
● 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
● 1 tablespoon Sriracha
● 3 cloves Garlic, minced
● 1 teaspoon minced Ginger
● Skewers
Instructions:
1. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
3. Cut the chicken into 2-3 inch pieces and place them in the marinade. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
4. Place the chicken on the skewers, and grill.
