• Sarangani Bay's Rellenong Bangus now uses a new flavor packed recipe with meatier chunks of juicy milkfish. Each box contains only 100% export quality bangus no extenders, no eggs. It's already been pre-cooked to save valuable time, so your family can enjoy each delicious bite in minutes.
Cooking Instructions:
• Pan Fry: Properly thaw or defrost frozen milkfish. Dust lightly with flour and fry for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Serve while hot.
• Microwave: Properly thaw or defrost frozen milkfish. Remove from vacuum bag. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts. Serve while hot.
