Rico's Spicy Lechon
Lechon is a national dish in the Philippines.
It is served all year for special occasions.
Reheating instructions for frozen Lechon:
• Defrost the lechon in the refrigerator overnight until soft.
• Pre-heat oven to 400F. Once the desired temperature is reached, place the entire meat with the skin facing up inside the oven. Reheat for 10-15 minutes. Flip the meat from time to time to prevent the softer one from burning.
• Reheating in the microwave: Separate meat and skin, microwave meat for 2 mins, place the skin on top of the meat, and microwave for an additional 20 seconds.
