Ingredients:
Farm-raised Milkfish (Bangus) Belly, Water, and Iodized Salt
Cooking instructions:
• Oven: Heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Place the thawed milkfish in an oven-safe plate with meat facing up. Bake for 3 minutes, or until fish is light brown.
• Microwave: Place the thawed milkfish in a microwaveable plate with meat facing up. Microwave (1200W) on a high temperature for 2 minutes.
• Fry: Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Place the thawed milkfish and cook until both sides are light brown.
