Taiwan Balls Mushroom Balls
CREAMY GARLIC & MUSHROOM MEATBALLS RECIPE
Ingredients:
• 1 bag Mushroom balls (frozen, precooked)
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (low sodium)
• 1 can water
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 1/4 red wine (optional)
• 8 ounces low fat sour cream
• egg noodles
• salt
• pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot over medium heat, add cream of mushroom soup.
2. Add water.
3. Stir the water and soup together.
4. Stir in minced garlic.
5. Stir in red wine.
6. Add sour cream
7. Stir the mixture well.
8. Add frozen meatballs.
9. Stir the meatballs into the mixture.
10. Simmer the pot until the meatballs are heated throughout.
