Our Spicy Spanish os loosley based on the Chorizo. The word chorizo comes from the Late Latin salsicia 'salted', via the Portuguese souric, it is a doublet of the Spanish word salchicha 'sausage, Glenhams is made from coarsely chopped pork and pork fat, seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika-and salt. It has a nice kick with the last taste.
