Nurnberg Rostbratwurst, literally "Nuremberg grilled sausage", is a partially boiled German sausage, typical of the city of Nuremberg. The ingredients of the Nuremberg sausages are: Pork, salt, pepper and marjoram. A pinch of all spice is added, a little mace and a hint of lemon all wrapped in natural sausage skins.
