Ma Cremiere Brie
Cheese Quality: Frozen. Note: Place the frozen Brie cheese in its original packaging or an airtight container and transfer it to the refrigerator. Allow it to thaw slowly over a period of 24 to 48 hours. Texture of cheese may vary slightly after thawing. Ma Cremiere Brie has a smooth texture, warm, nutty and floral notes in aroma and taste. A Classic 60% double cream, mild and buttery French branded full fat brie. The flavour is mild - medium with a slight flavour of hazelnut which comes from the mould coat.
