Scallop and Shrimp Siomai is a dimsum favorite made with a flavorful mix of pork, shrimp, scallop, turnip, potato starch, salt, sesame oil, and select spices, and it comes with free chili sauce. To prepare, simply thaw the siomai and either steam it at 100°C for 10–12 minutes or fry it in medium-heated oil for 5–7 minutes until the wrapper turns golden brown.
