To prepare
(Steaming)
• Thaw siomai
• Transfer to steaming tray and steam at 100C for 10-12 minutes.
(Frying)
• Thaw siomai
• Heat cooking pan and cooking oil
• Fry product in medium heat for 5-7 minutes or when wrapper becomes golden brown.
