Premium Sashimi-Grade Hamachi, also called Yellowtail Amberjack, is a popular fish in Japan. It is fatty with a semi-soft texture and a mild, slightly sour taste that pairs well with dry sake and beer.
1 pc of head per pack. Vacuum packed and frozen to ensure freshness. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Store in the refrigerator overnight to thaw. Cook prior to consumption.
Salt-grill or sear and serve with Japanese rice, pickles, and sauces.
