The Premium grade is just that � a premium grass-fed animal carefully selected from John Dee's cattle and the leading producers from the Southern Highlands-Darling Downs. This results in a pure, sweet flavoured beef because of the superb pastures these cattle graze on.
The Cube Roll is a classic steak cut, often called the rib fillet, rib eye, or scotch fillet. It is very tender and succulent and makes for flavoursome steaks.
Frozen product. Vacuum packed. Store in the refrigerator overnight to thaw. Cook prior to consumption.
