Flank steaks are lean, thin, and low on marbling. The low-fat content means flank steaks toughen up quickly, but they concentrate beefy flavor just as fast. Make sure to tenderize or marinate this cut before grilling quickly at high heat. Alternatively, you can braise flank steaks low and slow.
Frozen product. Vacuum packed. Store in the refrigerator overnight to thaw. Cook prior to consumption.
