Japanese Hamachi Fish Whole
• Premium Sashimi-Grade Hamachi, also called Yellowtail Amberjack, is a popular fish in Japan. It is fatty with a semi-soft texture and a mild, slightly sour taste that pairs well with dry sake and beer.
• Product of Japan. Cleaned and gutted for your convenience. Vacuum packed and frozen to ensure freshness. Keep frozen until ready to consume. Store in the refrigerator overnight to thaw prior to consumption. Use within 2 days of opening.
• Many Japanese dishes use Hamachi. Most of them are raw, but you can also cook them. Enjoy as it is as a Sushi, make it into a Nigiri or Maki. It can also be salt-grilled or seared and served with Japanese rice, pickles, and sauces.
