Boneless deep-fried chicken thigh tossed in Filipino Patis sauce and fried garlic chips over steamed white rice. Slightly sweet, salty.
- Shichimi: Japanese chili powder. Spicy.
- Furikake: Japanese dry seasoning made with bits of seaweed and sesame
- Pickled Cabbage: Tossed in a sweet and sour mix
- Kimchi: Spicy fermented vegetables. Spicy.
- Onsen Egg: Soft-boiled egg, to be cracked over the meal
